Irving Isaacson is a senior consultant and plan compliance specialist with MJM401k, focusing on matters of plan design, compliance, investments, and plan provider search & analysis. Prior to joining MJM401k, Mr. Isaacson served as a trust officer for two major banks, as an employee benefit consultant for a Big Four national accounting firm, and as a 401(k) specialist for a large bundled investment provider. Mr. Isaacson's extensive knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the qualified plan marketplace has benefited his numerous consulting clients and their employees over his past 15 years in the industry.

With an undergraduate degree from Stanford University and a law degree from the University of Iowa, Mr. Isaacson is active in a variety of employee benefit organizations, including the Western Pension & Benefits Conference, where he previously served as president.
