Mr. Green has nearly 20 years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, and retirement plan
consulting, specializing in qualified plans. He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation
from the Center for Fiduciary Studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
In 1985, with an Economics degree from UC Davis, Mr. Green started his career as a Securities Analyst for GFA
Research Inc. As a Consultant with GFA, Mr. Green created the nation's first rating system for Real Estate
syndication firms.
In 1988, Mr. Green entered the employee benefit and retirement plan business as a founding partner of Pacific
Benefit Consultants. Shortly thereafter, Bud founded Interactive Capital Management, a SEC Registered
Investment Advisor providing fee based investment advisory services to defined contribution Retirement Plans.
From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Green was Portfolio Manager for TRI-AD Capital Management, a SEC Registered Investment
Advisor, where he was responsible for the investment supervision and/or direct management of over 125
retirement Plan accounts.
