Mr. Green, MJM401k's Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and principal consultant, is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) with over twenty years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, and retirement plan consulting. He created the nation's first rating system for real estate syndication firms to bring full transparency to the investment world.

In addition, he founded Interactive Capital Management, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor which subsequently merged with TRI-AD Capital Management. Mr. Green holds a degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis, and is a frequent lecturer whose insights into 401(k) plans have appeared in numerous national journals and publications.
